The Label-Aire Model 2111 HS Label Applicator is a high speed label applicator you can depend on for those critical applications.
The Label-Aire 2111 HS "High-Speed" Label Applicator can apply labels accurately at a blistering 1,000 labels/minute on up to a maximum label size of 3" x 3" (76 mm x 76 mm). The 2111 HS combines Label-Aire's innovative Hi-Vac Air Blow technology 5,000" (127 m) per minute servo drive to apply labels quickly and accurately onto your product. The advanced velocity compensation ensures this accuracy through extreme changes in product speed. The robust 211 1HS is designed for multi-shift high speed applications to maximize your production line's uptime. Label-Aire's 2111 HS offers added versatility in that it can be mounted in almost any orientation on your production line to apply labels to the tops, sides, or bottoms of products. The 2111 HS is built to handle your most demanding labeling applications with ease and accuracy. Rotating table shown for demonstrating purposes only.
